Processing time for bookmarks is 1-3 days meaning your bookmark will be in the mail within 3 days of your purchase.

In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product, the product must be unused and free of wear and tear. You must also be able to provide us with proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges are subject to approval by us.
